As a service provider we are responsible, in accordance with § 7 Abs.1 of the TMG, for its own content, in accordance with the general legislation. According to § 8 to 10 of the TMG, as a service provider, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored external information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unchanged. However, liability in this regard is only possible once a specific offense is known. Upon notification of appropriate violations, we will remove this content immediately.
